•   We give you a personal report on the properties we have inspected for you, outlining the pros and cons of each. On the basis of these reports you decide which are worthwhile seeing for yourself.

•   We then arrange a convenient viewing schedule, and normally accompany you throughout, continuing the process until a suitable property is found.

•   In accordance with your instructions we will then negotiate on your behalf to help you buy at the most advantageous price. This enables you to remain at arm's length, and have more time for reflection and consultation at each stage.

•   Once terms have been agreed on your purchase we can advise on surveyors, solicitors, builders, etc. We always act on your behalf, working closely with your solicitor, and do all we can to help the transaction proceed to a successful completion.

•   Once completion has taken place further ongoing support, such as supervision of builders or occasional lettings, can be arranged if required by negotiation.
