Our Fees

•   An initial registration fee of £450 is payable in advance. This covers the first six months  of any search.

•   A final fee of 1.25% (one and a quarter per cent) of the total purchase price is payable immediately upon Exchange of Contracts.

Remember - Hugh Treseder and Devon Homesearch will be retained by you, and working for you, not the estate agent or their clients. You retain full control at all times.

We will do what you want, and keep in close contact throughout with you and your solicitor to ensure that you are always in the picture and getting the service you need.
